Human Resources Director
Courtney Heilman

Courtney has 12 years of HR experience, including experience in LTC/SNF and a long term acute care hospital (LTACH). She brings to RMI a wealth of knowledge in benefits, Workers’ Compensation, and employee relations. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She began working part-time in HR while in college and discovered her passion for being an employee advocate and ensuring the organization’s internal customers were satisfied! Courtney is currently studying to obtain her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification this year.
