Information Technology Director
Peter Stephens

As the IT System Analyst for RMI, Peter Stephens is responsible for providing IT technical support, Network services and Telecommunication support to our remote facilities and the home office.

Peter earned his AAS with Highest Honors in Network System Engineering from ITT Technical Institute and Business and Finance degree from Havering College, England UK in 1994. He has attended several Microsoft certification courses on Hardware, Networking, Software and IT security. He is currently enrolled in the Data Science and Cyber Security programs with John Hopkins University. 

He joined RMI with over 15 years of computer operations and project management experience. Peter has worn many hats in a small IT team with successes, such as IT Projects like Window 7 Migration, High Speed Internet Upgrades, VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) using his business negotiation and analytical skills to complete projects efficiently and in a cost effective way. Peter’s slogan is “Let’s get it done”
Senior Programmer
Joe Creech

As the Information Technology Manager, Joe is responsible for directing the focus and day-to-day priorities of the IT Department. He graduated with a BS in Computer Science from James Madison University in 2003. He has been with RMI since 2005 in various IT roles from programming to management.
 
Joe has over ten years of experience in programming, computer networking, and general technical support. He is skilled in supporting a large number of employees while managing multiple IT projects. Joe and his team are focused on ensuring HIPAA compliance and keeping computers and devices secure while moving forward with new technology. Every year brings new challenges but Joe is always ready to turn them into opportunities for the company to excel.
