As a OT you will lead the therapy teams at this amazing nursing home, set in the quaint village of Woodstock, overflowing with culture and history, in the shadows of the majestic Shenandoah Mountains!

Your Rehab Director role will take approximately 10 hours per week, you will also work with your clients to maximize goals, and conduct evaluations.

Our cognitive seasons program provides an innovative approach to personalized care for seniors with Alzheimer’s and other related memory impairments. This position is best suited for a therapist with at least one year of experience of rehab/therapy management experience and two years of experience as an OT.
