This new memory care facility is patterned on the sister facility and is specifically designed as a unique environment for our residents. Our Dementia Possible programs provide therapy options to maximize the residents’ potentials and increasing their quality of life.

Our Clinical Resource Specialists will work closely with the therapy team to develop interdisciplinary approaches to each patient. CDP-certification courses will be given to all clinicians.

  • Assistive devices to improve safety, functional activity tolerance, and efficiency during mobility tasks.
  • Balance re-training to achieve safety in the least restrictive living environment.
  • Functional therapeutic activity training to facilitate safe transfers and maneuverability around obstacles.
  • Modality application to facilitate movement, range of motion, and manage pain and tremors.
  • Specialized wound care.
