Are you ready to take your career to a new level? Rehab Management, Inc. (RMI) is seeking an insurance verifications coordinator to work at our headquarters office in Midlothian. This is a full time 40 hour position, with full benefits (including medical benefits/insurance, PTO, CEU, etc). As part of the Billing and Verifications team, you will be responsible for verifying insurance coverage for the residents in need of therapy in our 50+ long term care facilities throughout Virginia and Maryland. 

Key indicators for success in this role include:
1. Detail oriented – you will ensure the accuracy and completeness of insurance applications and determine if and what coverage is available.
2. Multi-tasking – this is a fast paced position that requires being able to monitor and perform numerous cases concurrently.
3. Customer service – you will speak with the residents, their family members, their points of contact, the insurance representatives, the therapists, the facility administration and others via telephone and email. Clear, concise and professional communication skills are needed to succeed.
4. Computer literate – in addition to using patient/insurance tracking software programs, you will be required to run reports and create spreadsheets in MS Excel and to write correspondences in both MS Word and Outlook.
