Sarah Herbert
As the Medical Records Director, Sarah Herbert is responsible for documentation improvement, denials and appeals processing, and quality improvement initiatives. She has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and is pursuing an MBA with a focus on healthcare management. With over 10 years experience in a variety of healthcare roles, including five years as a compliance auditor for a federal contractor, Sarah believes in a process driven approach to quality improvement and has assisted a number of healthcare organizations in implementing QAPI programs.
