Direct Hire Speech Language Pathologist for exclusive NF community with specialized dementia unit – option of working 2 or 3 days per week either on a Part Time basis or a more flexible dedicated PRN basis.
Speech Language Pathologist, Part Time 20 Hours
Setting: Nursing Facility and Memory Care
Are you a Speech Language Pathologist with a passion on helping your patients maximize their potentials? Are you looking for the challenge and rewards of working with a higher acuity level of patients than typically found in an ALF setting? Do you want to work in a setting that feels more like family than work? Then this job is for you!
Join our team at this Nursing Facility with a semi-enclosed home-like “seasons” dementia program and two separate dining rooms. Our cognitive season’s program provides an innovative approach to personalized care for seniors with Alzheimer’s and other related memory impairments. With a pro-therapy administration, established caseload and an excellent reputation within the community, this is a dream setting for your next career move! The opportunities to positively impact the residents' lives are endless.
The position provides flexibility to be able to meet your life-work balance demands. The caseload in the facility requires about 20 hours of SLP time. This can be done in 2, 3 or 4 days, whichever works for your schedule. We can structure this as a part time position with paid time off, CEUs and 401k benefits, or you can come onboard at a slightly higher rate as a dedicated PRN with a set schedule.
With unprecedented clinical support and an array of industry-leading protocols coupled with the flexible schedule this position offers, your career and abilities with RMI will soar!
This position is best suited for a CCC-SLP and is not suitable for a CFY at this time.
